FIELD MANUAL / CURRENT BUILD

Warhammer Survivors wiki

The Forge Ledger

Warhammer Survivors is a pixel-art survivors-style roguelite that puts Warhammer 40,000 and the Mortal Realms into one compact run. Move through enemy pressure while attacks auto-aim, then use experience, weapons, power-ups, Secrets, Gold, and Paint Pots to shape what happens now and what carries forward. The October demo is the current build; the full game is planned for 10 November 2026.

FIELD MANUAL / CURRENT BUILD

Run and meta progression

A run starts with movement, automatic attacks, and a field that keeps asking for a better answer. Experience turns into weapons and power-ups, while Secrets, Gold, and Paint Pots point beyond a single attempt. Choose a build by matching an attack and its upgrade path to the pressure around you, then judge the reward by whether it helps this run or the next one.

Movement is the active decision while attacks auto-aim. Weapons and power-ups shape the build, and effects change the space a player can safely cross: Burning can speed enemies, Poisoned can slow them, and Oiled increases fire damage.

Experience belongs to the run, Secrets point toward discovery, and Gold plus Paint Pots support meta progression. Experience and build choices shape the current attempt; Secrets, Gold, and Paint Pots point beyond it. Exact costs, thresholds, and final balance remain open before the full launch, so use the names to plan questions rather than assume a finished economy.

FIELD MANUAL / CURRENT BUILD

Two universes, one field guide

Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar share the planned game, with champions, weapons, enemies, effects, and spaces from both settings. Malum Caedo and Marneus Calgar stand alongside Neave Blacktalon and Gotrek Gurnisson, while universe tags show which side of the crossover each name belongs to.

Aqshy and Hammerhal are Age of Sigmar spaces; Gallowdark and Space Hulk are Warhammer 40,000 settings. Hobby Table crosses the universes as a feature stage, so it should not be read as a shared narrative location for every faction. Use those tags to keep the settings separate when a champion or foe appears beside a different universe's name.

From a named record, follow its Build Link: Experience leads to Weapons, Oiled leads to Burning, Aqshy leads to Hammerhal, and Frenzon leads to Berserk. Those connections turn a roster or battlefield name into a next question about a build, enemy, setting, or reward.

Official media and version boundary

Warhammer Survivors uses armored warriors, weapons, enemies, and a two-universe crossover to establish its visual identity across store art, demo artwork, and showcases. Use that visual language to recognize the game's look and named cast; final damage values and balance are separate questions.

The October demo adds Legend of Catachan and Lyssa Revenya to the named playable picture. Earlier public demos reached 130,000 players and then more than 190,000 in July; those figures measure public reach, not sales, retention, or a finished product.

The October demo is the current version boundary, while the full launch is planned for 10 November 2026. When that date arrives, compare champion, weapon, and effect details with the shipped build so older demo assumptions do not become current advice. A dated change can alter the playable picture without changing the identity of a named record.
