RELEASE / PLATFORMS AND REQUIREMENTS
Start with availability, not assumptions about ownership or release timing. Steam and GOG are PC targets; PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and Switch 2 are console targets; iOS and Android are mobile targets. A target platform remains a plan until its storefront exposes the relevant build.
Then compare the full minimum PC line as one requirement set. Windows 10 64-bit is paired with a dual-core 2.4 GHz x86-64 processor; memory is 4 GB; graphics are GTX 750-class; storage is 5 GB. Meeting one line does not establish that the machine meets the whole minimum.
Language support and platform support answer different questions. Warhammer Survivors has 13 listed Steam languages, while a localized site route does not imply a localized game build. Check the language options on the product listing for the version you intend to play, and do not use the site's language menu as a substitute for the game's language list.
Finally, check the storefront again before installing a new demo or planning around launch. Platform availability, minimum requirements, and language coverage can all receive a final update when the planned release becomes a shipped build. A listing that exposes a console or mobile build answers a different question from a platform that is only named as a target.
Use a short pre-install checklist: confirm the operating system, compare the processor line, check memory and graphics, reserve storage, then verify the storefront build. That sequence catches a mismatch before you spend time downloading a version the machine cannot run comfortably. It also keeps a 5 GB storage check separate from the question of whether a storefront currently offers the October demo.
The same check helps with consoles and phones. Look for the exact platform family, confirm that the listing describes the current demo or release, and treat a planned platform as a target rather than a guarantee of present availability. Switch and Switch 2 should be checked as separate platform families, just as iOS and Android require their own storefront checks.
Compare two machines line by line: operating system, processor, memory, graphics, and storage. For consoles or phones, use the exact storefront and device family; for language, use the product listing. Before launch, a planned platform list may be broader than the builds you can download, so verify the listing on the day you install. That gives a current answer for hardware, storage, language, and availability without merging them into one vague launch claim.
